Jenifer Gebara, a longtime investor and community-oriented entrepreneur, officially joined the United Tax Pros partnership team within the last two years. Her contributions over the years helped strengthen key areas of the business, from operational systems to office development. In 2025, Jenifer was honored as Best Latina Entrepreneur in Florida by the Evergreen Awards, in recognition of her commitment to financial literacy, mentorship, and her measurable impact in the community. In addition to her leadership role, Jenifer owns and operates several United Tax Pros offices — including Main Street (Kissimmee) and Savannah, GA, and is a co-owner in South Orlando and Lakeland. Across these locations, her focus has always been on creating safe, empowering spaces for clients to gain financial clarity. Her offices are known for offering personalized guidance and culturally conscious service that meets the needs of the communities they serve.
Jenifer’s journey into entrepreneurship is deeply personal. Born in Peru and raised in the U.S. by a single mother, she grew up navigating systemic challenges that shaped her approach to business. She graduated high school at 16 and began her career in hospitality, quickly rising through the ranks to become General Manager of the Orlando Welcome Center and later, the Lauderdale Beachside Hotel. For the past 13 years, she’s served as Digital Customer Service Manager for Elite Island Resorts, generating over $20 million in sales — while building her own businesses on the side.
That experience — balancing service, leadership, and drive — became the blueprint for her success at United Tax Pros. Her strengths in operations, client experience, and team development have contributed meaningfully to the firm’s ability to scale while remaining deeply rooted in its values.
As the only female among five equity partners, Jenifer brings a vital and refreshing perspective to leadership and culture at United Tax Pros. She’s a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment, mentorship, and representation — both within the company and the broader business community. Her community involvement includes sponsoring events like the Women Warriors gathering (in collaboration with Common Vibe Art House), supporting organizations such as the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Kissimmee Main Street, and partnering with the Cur8tive Marketing Brunch Series, a platform that hosts unique, culturally rich events designed to foster connection and creativity within the local community. In every role she takes on, Jen remains focused on impact, inclusion, and legacy-building.
A key area of growth for United Tax Pros is its licensing program, which offers aspiring entrepreneurs a chance to open their own tax businesses under the brand. Through this initiative, licensees receive training, operational systems, and backend support — creating real pathways to business ownership. Jenifer was the first to adopt this model and today plays a central role in helping others succeed through it. She is also a partner in the company’s expanding accounting division, which equips business owners with long-term financial tools and strategies.
Outside of her business ventures, Jenifer is also a proud mother — a role that further fuels her passion for building a meaningful legacy.
